Promotion Committee

What do we do?

The Promotion Committee’s mission is to promote Downtown Bartlesville as the center of commerce, culture, and community.

We do this with 3 categories of promotions:

  • Image Building Promotion – promoting downtown as a safe, family-friendly destination.
  • Special Events Promotion – partnering with other organizations to help facilitate their events like the Car Show, Art Walk and our own special events such as Ghost Walk.
  • Retail Promotion – working with merchants on register-ringing events and education programs like the Marketing workshop.

We are the committee that loves to throw a big party!

How are we structured?

The Promotion Committee oversees Main Street Bartlesville's promotional activities and events, as well as helping facilitate the relocation of existing events to downtown.

The Promotion Committee has a separate sub-committee for Retail Promotions and works directly with the merchants.
