Main Street Bartlesville
Board & Committees

Downtown Bartlesville, Inc., was organized in October 2010. In 2015, it was reorganized as Main Street Bartlesville. It currently operates as a tax-exempt organization through the Bartlesville Community Foundation while it is securing its own 501(c)(3) status.  Funding for the program comes from private memberships and donations.

Main Street Board

Main Street Bartlesville, is governed by a nine- to 15-member volunteer Board of Directors elected annually by the organization’s membership.  The Board elects the four officers – chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer – who make up the Executive Committee.  The full Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm at Haskell's Event Space, 115 SE Frank Phillips Blvd.  Agendas are posted on this website, and meetings are open to the public.

Main Street Bartlesville Committees

Committees are the backbone of a successful Main Street program. We have established four committees, each of which focuses on a key area of the Main Street Approach™ to downtown revitalization (Design, Economic Development, Promotion, and Organization). Each committee meets regularly, implements and evaluates projects, creates a committee work plan and presents reports and recommendations to the Board.

This committee's goal is to create a thriving and economically viable downtown Bartlesville.
