Ice skating in Frank Phillips Park? Concerts in the shadow of Price Tower? Jogging and biking trails past historic downtown buildings? These are a only a few of the ideas being considered as additions to downtown's list of outdoor attractions. Main Street Bartlesville is working with its members, downtown stakeholders, and numerous other organizations involved in downtown redevelopment to come up with a plan to add more public amenities downtown. On October 27th, a conceptual plan was rolled out to MSB members and downtown business and property owners to test the ideas.
